Technical Works Manager

Client: DEME Website: www.deme-group.com Vacancy: Technical Works Manager Location: Antwerp, Belgium We are looking for a Technical Works Manager to coordinate and optimize fleet intervention projects, ensuring that technical works are planned efficiently and executed in line with operational and production priorities. You’ll work at the heart of vessel operations, aligning schedules with business needs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that maintenance, repair, and conversion projects are delivered smoothly. What you bring: • Strong communication and reporting skills with the ability to work effectively across teams • Experience with planning tools such as Primavera and/or Microsoft Project (or willingness to learn) • Solid technical knowledge in ship repair, maintenance, or conversion projects • A proactive mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and stakeholders in a complex operational environment Why this role?
