Country Programme Manager – Retirement Immersion Programmes

Diyaar Atlas is an early-stage Muslim-focused overseas retirement and relocation platform that helps individuals and families explore, evaluate and settle in destinations where they can build a comfortable and fulfilling life. The company’s objective is to provide destination insights, curated trial stays and practical relocation support, with particular attention to affordability, healthcare, residency options, safety, halal living, access to mosques and Muslim communities. From initial exploration to long-term settlement, Diyaar Atlas would help clients find a place abroad that truly feels like home.

We are preparing to launch curated 4–8 week retirement immersion programmes for individuals exploring overseas retirement and long-term relocation. Our programmes will be organised in cohorts, allowing participants to experience everyday life in a destination before deciding whether to relocate.

We are looking for a Country Programme Manager – Malaysia who will help establish and operate our first inbound programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate 4–8 week retirement immersion programmes in Malaysia.
• Build and manage partnerships with travel agencies, immigration lawyers, relocation companies, hospitals and healthcare providers, accommodation providers, transport companies and other local service partners.
• Develop activities and experiences that help participants understand daily life, communities, healthcare, housing, residency options and lifestyle in Malaysia.
• Coordinate programme logistics and ensure a seamless participant experience.
• Support in the marketing efforts related to the company’s various programmes and initiatives.
• Oversee the on-the-ground operations of the initial cohorts visiting Malaysia.
• Develop processes and partnerships that can subsequently be replicated in other countries.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Highly organised, resourceful and comfortable developing partnerships independently.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, relocation, events or related industries would be an advantage.

Role Structure

This is a remote-based role, although significant travel within Malaysia will be required. Overseas travel may also be required as Diyaar Atlas expands into additional countries.

Diyaar Atlas is currently in its pre-operations stage and preparing for launch. As one of the company’s early employees, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the business and participate in its future growth through revenue-linked performance bonuses and/or stock options, subject to agreed terms.
