County Sales Manager/Director--C&I Energy

Renon Power is expanding its local sales presence in South Africa to meet the growing demand for renewable energy storage solutions. We are seeking a passionate County Sales Manager to join our international team. This position will be based in South Africa with a remote work setup, and the candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales operations in South Africa.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Explore and develop local market opportunities in South Africa for residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and distribution channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, installers, and key clients within South Africa to grow Renon’s market presence.

Conduct regular customer visits in South Africa and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Provide front-end product explanations and work closely with technical teams to ensure the best customer solutions.

Assist in marketing activities, exhibitions, and local promotion initiatives specific to the South Africa market.

Report directly to Sales VP and collaborate with internal departments to drive the sales process forward.

🎯 We are looking for:

Proven experience in sales, ideally in the renewable energy, battery storage, or solar industry.

Strong ability to build relationships and develop business opportunities in South Africa.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to sales.

Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in local language is a plus.
