Coupa Trainer with German - WFH

The Coupa Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving Coupa training programs for end users, procurement teams, approvers, and other stakeholders. The role provides training in both German and English, ensuring a consistent user experience and supporting adoption of Coupa procurement processes and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual Coupa training in German and English.

• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference cards, FAQs and e-learning content.

• Support onboarding of new employees and refresher training programs.

• Conduct needs assessments and identify learning gaps.

• Provide post-training support and coaching.

• Collaborate with Procurement, IT and Coupa support teams.

• Support release readiness and communication for new Coupa functionality.

• Track training completion, participation and effectiveness metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Education, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field. 3+ years of training, learning & development, procurement operations, or Coupa-related experience.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken). Ability to deliver training sessions and develop documentation in both languages.
• Coupa platform knowledge, procurement processes, training delivery, instructional design, Microsoft Office, virtual training tools and stakeholder management.
• Presentation skills, communication, facilitation, customer focus, organization, adaptability, analytical thinking and continuous improvement.
