Responsive recruiter We’re hiring a Seasonal Senior Tax Accountant! Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to support our tax team for this tax season. This role will focus on preparation and review of complex individual and business tax returns. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys working with a collaborative CPA firm team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for Individuals (1040): Partnerships (1065) S-Corporations (1120S) C-Corporations (1120) Trusts and estates (1041), as applicable Assist with extension calculations and quarterly estimates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA license preferred 4+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations Experience with tax software (e.g., UltraTax, GoSystem) Ability to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines Strong analytical and client communication skills Preferred Experience Multi-state taxation High-net-worth individual returns Pass-through entity taxation Tax planning and projections What We Offer Competitive seasonal hourly compensation Professional, team-oriented work environment Potential for recurring seasonal engagement or permanent placement #TaxJobs #CPA #AccountingCareers #SeniorTaxAccountant Flexible work from home options available.
