Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. A growing personal development organization is seeking a full-time Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day execution of marketing across several related brands and initiatives. The client already works with marketing partners who help establish strategy. The VA's role is to turn that strategy into consistent execution — keeping social channels active, maintaining content calendars, repurposing content, coordinating campaigns, supporting podcast promotion, monitoring performance, and making sure marketing opportunities and deliverables do not fall through the cracks. The VA will support marketing initiatives related to books, group programs, nonprofit initiatives, audience growth, podcasts, and future product launches. This is an execution-focused position rather than a high-level marketing strategy role. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Social Media & Content Execution Manage and maintain content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Schedule and publish content consistently Execute content plans developed by the client and marketing partners Adapt content appropriately between platforms and brands Repurpose videos, podcasts, written content, and existing materials into posts, reels, clips, and graphics Create simple branded content using Canva and AI tools Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and basic performance Keep profiles, links, and key information current Content Planning & Coordination Maintain organized content calendars across multiple brands Help identify what content the client needs to create each week Provide topics, prompts, hooks, and talking points based on existing marketing direction Follow up with the client for required content and approvals Identify gaps in upcoming content Keep content organized from initial idea through publication Maintain awareness of the different audiences and voices across each brand Campaign Support Execute approved campaigns supporting book sales, group enrollment, audience growth, nonprofit initiatives, and future product launches Turn campaign strategy into actionable posting and promotion schedules Coordinate required content and campaign assets Keep campaign deliverables and timelines organized Monitor basic results and identify items requiring attention Assist with audience targeting, segmentation, and paid social activities as directed Podcast Promotion Publish podcast clips and promotional assets Coordinate with the client's podcast production partner Send promotional assets to podcast guests and encourage cross-promotion Promote appearances when the client is featured on other podcasts Coordinate basic promotional activity with podcast hosts and their teams SECONDARY / SUPPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES As the core social media and content workflow becomes established, the VA may also assist with: Identifying relevant podcasts where the clients could appear as guests Monitoring relevant social media and content trends Conducting basic SEO and search-topic research Monitoring audience interests and industry conversations Keeping up with meaningful platform changes Identifying content formats that are performing well Assisting with basic paid social advertising and audience targeting Supporting marketing and sales activity surrounding future product launches Identifying practical opportunities to repurpose or extend existing content Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
