Title: CPT-11595 Content, Marketing & Travel Operations Virtual Assistant
Independent Contractor – CPT-11595 Content, Marketing & Travel Operations Virtual Assistant/Marketing VA/Entry-Junior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A travel-agency owner, business coach, podcaster, and full-time educator is seeking a versatile VA to support content scheduling, podcast repurposing, social media execution, email scheduling, travel CRM administration, and recurring back-office tasks.
The client already creates most of her strategy and core content. She is not looking for a high-level marketing strategist or copywriter. The VA's role is primarily to take existing content, templates, prompts, and processes and turn them into consistent execution across her platforms.
As the travel agency grows, the position may also expand into Tern CRM administration, itinerary preparation, inbox management, and basic email-based client support.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Social Media & Content Scheduling
- Schedule approved content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups
- Maintain content according to the client's provided spreadsheets and documents
- Create variations of evergreen posts within SmarterQueue
- Ensure date-specific content is scheduled appropriately and not incorrectly recycled
- Format AI-assisted content for clarity, consistency, and readability
- Create basic graphics using existing templates when required
Podcast, Blog & Email Support
- Repurpose podcast transcripts into blog posts using the client's established ChatGPT prompts
- Create blog-cover graphics and accompanying Pinterest pins
- Create LinkedIn newsletter content from approved blogs
- Schedule weekly emails to the client's email lists
- Upload clipped podcast episodes to YouTube after Descript creates the shorts
- Use provided descriptions, copy, and assets to maintain recurring content workflows
Website & Marketing Administration
- Make basic WordPress content updates
- Create rough landing-page layouts using client-provided copy and direction
- Update titles, graphics, and templates as needed
- Organize digital assets and content files
- Support occasional one-off marketing or administrative projects
Travel CRM & Administrative Support
- Review trips within Tern and verify dates, details, and automations
- Double-check that client trip information has been entered correctly
- Build formatted itineraries from existing PDF or supplier itineraries as trained
- Assist with inbox organization and administrative follow-up
- Coordinate basic client questions by email using information already available in the CRM or supplier resources
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
