CRA II / Senior CRA - remote working

We are partnering with a well-established global CRO seeking a CRA II/Senior CRA to support both oncology and neurology studies across Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing clinical operations team where you'll manage site relationships, ensure protocol compliance, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex clinical research programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (approximately 6-8 visits per month).
• Managing investigative sites throughout the full clinical trial lifecycle.
• Reviewing source data and study documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and patient safety.
• Supporting site selection and feasibility activities.
• Training and mentoring site personnel on protocol requirements and GCP standards.
• Resolving site issues and data queries in collaboration with cross-functional study teams.
• Maintaining regulatory documentation and supporting audit readiness.
• Monitoring investigational product accountability and study conduct.
• Building strong relationships with investigators and site staff to drive study performance.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
• Prior experience working as a Clinical Research Associate with independent site monitoring responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and site management best practices.
• Oncology, Haematology or Neurology study experience
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with global study teams.
• Full-service monitoring experience is advantageous.
• Fluent German and strong English language skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Germany.
