Creole Content Creator (Contractor)

About the Role

We are looking for a Creole Content Creator to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, speaks fluent Haitian Creole, and can deliver engaging, high-quality video content on a consistent basis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for recording 10 short videos per month using scripts provided by our team. The goal is to create clear, authentic, and engaging content that connects with our target audience.

This is a contractor position, focused on delivering agreed-upon objectives and meeting established deadlines.

Compensation

• $20 USD per completed video project.
• This is a contractor role, and payment is made upon successful delivery of each approved video.

Responsibilities

• Record 10 short videos per month in Haitian Creole.
• Deliver videos in high-quality resolution with clear audio and a professional presentation.
• Follow the scripts provided by our team while maintaining a natural, engaging delivery.
• Submit all videos within the agreed production schedule.
• Ensure videos are well-lit, properly framed, and free from distracting background noise.
• Make reasonable revisions if requested.
• Maintain professionalism and consistency across all content.

Requirements

• Native or fluent speaker of Haitian Creole.
• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
• Previous experience creating social media video content is a plus.
• Must own your own recording equipment, including:
• A smartphone or camera capable of recording in high definition.
• An external microphone that provides clear, professional-quality audio.
• Basic lighting or a well-lit recording environment.
• Reliable internet connection for uploading content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Work Arrangement

• Independent Contractor.
• Fully remote.
• Flexible schedule, as long as all agreed deliverables are completed on time.

Deliverables

• 10 completed videos per month.
• Videos delivered in high resolution.
• Professional-quality audio.
