About DevRev
At DevRev, we're building the future of work with Computer – your AI teammate. Unlike traditional tools, Computer unifies all your data sources, tools, and workflows into a single AI-ready platform, giving employees real-time insights, proactive suggestions, and powerful agentic actions. It extends your existing software with AI-native apps and agents that work alongside your teams and customers – updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and eliminating repetitive work. We call this Team Intelligence: human-AI collaboration that breaks down silos, brings people back together, and frees you to solve bigger problems. Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev is trusted by global companies across industries.
About the role:
We’re looking for a designer with exceptional craft, strong ideas and the drive to help create a world-class brand.
You’ll help develop the beginnings of a distinctive global brand. The foundations are in place, but there’s plenty still to define: how the identity behaves, how campaigns come to life, and how the brand shows up across digital and physical experiences.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll develop visual approaches, own projects and carry the details through to delivery. You’ll work closely with creative leadership, with support to stretch your thinking and responsibility to move the work forward.
You’ll report to our Creative Director and collaborate with designers, writers and motion specialists across London and Bangalore. The role is London-based, with three days a week in the office.
- Develop the brand system - Work with the Creative Director to extend and refine our visual language. Build and update guidelines, templates and toolkits that make great design easier to produce.
- Own projects from idea to delivery - Take a brief, explore different approaches and develop a clear recommendation. Present your thinking, respond thoughtfully to feedback and follow the work through to its final execution.
- Build the brand wherever it lives - Design for brand campaigns, events, internal branding, social and web. Push the brand into new directions at every opportunity.
- Bring your point of view - Look beyond category conventions. Bring references that mean something to you, explain what makes them relevant and develop work that reflects your passions.
- Raise the standard through making - Contribute work that gives the team a stronger reference point. Share ideas, give useful feedback and collaborate generously. Influence the team through your craft and how you work.
- Craft - Strong typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy. An eye for detail that carries through to production.
- Brand thinking - Experience developing or extending visual identities. You understand how to make a brand recognisable across different contexts while leaving room for expression.
- Web-design experience - Your portfolio should include web work, with evidence of responsive thinking and clear content hierarchy. You don’t need to be a specialist, but designing for the web should not be new territory.
- Clear communication, autonomy and ownership - You can develop a point of view, explain it clearly and move work forward without waiting for every decision to be made for you. You know when to act, when to ask and how to use feedback to improve the result.
Technical skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using AI to optimise, research, scale or otherwise improve your workflow.
How do we work?
Whatever your role, our values describe what we ask of each other.
Be a bridger
Look beyond your own role. Ask questions, share context and help others get unstuck. That may mean bringing the right people together or picking up a problem that doesn’t necessarily fit neatly into your job description.
Care loudly
We want your perspective, not just your agreement. Speak up when something isn’t working or someone needs support. Give honest feedback with respect for the person receiving it. Don’t let an uncomfortable conversation become an unspoken problem.
Own the outcome
Take responsibility for the result, not just your part in the process. Use AI to move the work forward, not to outsource your judgment. Make the call, check whether it worked and change course when it didn’t. If something goes wrong, own it and help fix it.
