Your Role

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences is seeking a strategic and hands-on Creative and Brand Manager to build a higher-velocity creative engine supporting Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood (WBSTH), Superman Experience (SE), new projects, retail, seasonal activations and priority licensed partners across the Americas.

This role will translate commercial priorities, audience insight and approved WBD brand and franchise direction into distinctive, effective campaigns and content. The Manager will own creative briefs, concept development, art direction, graphic design and video-editing oversight, copy development, production workflows, executional brand consistency and day-to-day agency direction, ensuring the business has a steady pipeline of fresh assets, messages, hooks and formats tailored to each audience and channel.


Your Role Accountabilities

  • Develop creative strategies and clear, actionable briefs for evergreen marketing, new experience openings, retail initiatives, seasonal campaigns, partnerships and priority commercial opportunities.
  • Translate audience needs, fan behavior, product differentiation and business objectives into compelling campaign concepts, messaging territories, creative hooks and calls to action.
  • Create a stronger pipeline of ideas and variations across experience positioning, tour packages, IP-specific storytelling, local visitation, tourism, family audiences and repeat visits.
  • Partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders to ensure creative communicates the unique value of each experience and supports awareness, consideration, conversion, upsell and advocacy.
  • Manage end-to-end creative development and production across video, photography, social-first content, digital ads, CRM, websites, out-of-home, in-store materials, press materials, and partner assets.
  • Provide or direct graphic design, video editing, art direction and strong copywriting across campaign and always-on content, applying hands-on judgment where needed to move work forward.
  • Build and maintain an integrated creative calendar, production roadmap, asset library, versioning approach and intake process that increase speed, visibility and reuse across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate shoots, production schedules, budgets, approvals, talent or creator inputs, music and usage rights, and delivery requirements with internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop multiple asset formats, key art, logo development, storyboards, messages and variations for priority initiatives, including short-form video, behind-the-scenes storytelling and audience- or channel-specific executions
  • Apply approved brand strategies, franchise guidance, visual identities and messaging frameworks consistently across Global Experiences Americas creative, while respecting the distinct positioning of individual experiences and retail concepts.
  • Partner closely with WBD Brand and Franchise teams as the subject-matter owners and approval authorities for brand strategy, franchise positioning, intellectual property and core brand standards.
  • Translate approved Brand and Franchise direction into practical executional toolkits, agency briefs, templates and asset guidance for internal teams, production partners and priority licensed operators.
  • Coordinate with Brand, Franchise, Legal, Communications, Key Stakeholders, and experience operators to secure required approvals and ensure appropriate use of intellectual property, likeness, claims and brand assets; maintain clear approval records and version control.
  • Review customer-facing creative for executional quality, clarity, accessibility, audience relevance and alignment with the guest experience, escalating brand- or franchise-level decisions to the appropriate owners.
  • Partner with PR teams and agencies to align media kits, press releases and statements with approved visual identity and core messaging; coordinate review of imagery, logos, assets and layouts used in digital press kits, media pitches, media events, conferences, signage and promotional materials, with final Brand and Franchise approval where required.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day creative lead for agencies, production partners and freelance resources, providing clear direction, consolidated feedback and accountable delivery.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Retail Marketing Manager and Growth Insights & Performance Manager to align assets to marketing calendars, channel plans, retail priorities and performance opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Retail, Merchandising, Publicity, Franchise and partnership teams to capture timely stories and ensure creative supports on-site execution.
  • Manage approved creative budgets, scopes, schedules and deliverables; identify opportunities to improve production efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Establish a disciplined creative test-and-learn approach covering hooks, formats, visuals, offers, franchise storytelling, audience segments and calls to action.
  • Use engagement, watch time, shares, click-through, conversion and other performance signals to identify winning creative, refresh fatigued assets and inform future briefs.
  • Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, competitor activity, creator formats and emerging creative tools to keep the portfolio relevant and differentiated.
  • Document reusable learnings and scalable playbooks that improve creative effectiveness across experiences, retail, launches and licensed partnerships.
  • Plan capacity across the portfolio, with approximately 50% devoted to WBSTH and SE and 50% to new projects, while flexing appropriately for launches and high-priority commercial moments.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in creative strategy, integrated marketing, brand marketing, content production, advertising or agency account/creative management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong creative briefs, evaluate concepts and lead campaigns or content programs from strategy through production and delivery.
  • Experience producing or managing creative across digital media, social video, CRM, websites, experiential marketing, retail, out-of-home and other consumer touchpoints.
  • Strong creative judgment, art direction, visual storytelling and copywriting skills, with strong working graphic-design and video-editing practices and an understanding of how creative requirements differ by audience, channel and funnel stage.
  • Experience directing third-party agencies, designers, editors, production partners and cross-functional stakeholders, including managing timelines, scopes, budgets and approval processes.
  • Experience partnering with PR or communications teams on media kits, press materials, events, executive statements or related brand assets.
  • Comfort using campaign and content performance data to inform testing, iteration and creative refresh decisions.
  • Experience working within established brand-governance and franchise-approval structures—where central Brand and Franchise teams retain strategy and final approval authority—strongly preferred; portfolio or representative work samples preferred.
  • Translates marketing priorities into compelling campaigns, content, visuals storytelling, and brand-consistent creative assets across the company’s portfolio.
  • Balances distinctive creative ambition with commercial objectives, operational realities and brand discipline.
  • Provides clear, constructive feedback and brings clarity to complex stakeholder and approval processes.
  • Moves ideas into market efficiently while maintaining a high bar for quality and guest relevance.
  • Stays curious about fan culture, platform-native storytelling, emerging formats and new creative approaches.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $78,400.00 - $145,600.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
