Creative Client Lead

We are looking to add a Creative Client Lead to our team! You must have experience working in home building marketing either agency-side or in-house. This is the single biggest requirement for this role and is non-negotiable. This is not a generalist design role. As our Creative Account Manager, you will own assigned client relationships from strategy through execution. That means managing communication, driving timelines, and ensuring every deliverable is on brand and on brief. Design is a core part of this role, but client ownership comes first. 3–5 years of experience preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience. This is a remote working position. You may reside anywhere in the United States. Duties: Own the day-to-day client relationship for assigned home builder accounts, including communication, project status, and expectation management Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients through proactive outreach and a deep understanding of their brand and business goals Translate builder marketing strategies into compelling, on-brand creative deliverables Create design assets for campaigns, print materials, signage, and brand touchpoints to support the creative team as needed. Collaborate with internal team members to deliver work on time and on strategy Follow brand guidelines with exceptional attention to detail Have experience in print production. Fields of work: Account Management, Logo & Identity Design, Print Design, Social Media Graphics, Print Production Proficient in: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop Good working knowledge of: PowerPoint and Keynote It's a plus if you have experience in any of the following: Figma, formal graphic design training or education
