The Creative Content Producer at our headquarters in Minneapolis MN helps develop creative concepts and integrated marketing campaigns that solve business challenges and help clients achieve their goals. This role combines strategic thinking, storytelling, and creative concepting to develop compelling ideas across print, digital, social, video, and branded content.

This position partners closely with sales, strategy, media, and clients to translate business objectives into creative solutions that engage audiences and deliver measurable results. They provide content direction throughout the project lifecycle—from discovery and concept development through execution—collaborating with creative directors, designers, video editors, developers, and illustrators.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the development of innovative, integrated marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and business goals.
  • Translate complex marketing challenges into compelling creative concepts and strategic storytelling across print, digital, social, video, and branded content. This includes creative briefs, video and narrative storytelling, and video/audio scripts.
  • Develop authentic branded content, sponsored content, and native advertising that engages audiences while meeting client objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative team members to elevate the quality of work.Partner with sales, media, strategy, and production teams to develop and execute effective, multi-channel marketing solutions.
  • Build trusted client relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their business, industry, and marketing objectives.
  • Lead client presentations and pitches, clearly communicating creative strategies and confidently defending recommendations.
  • Oversee projects from concept through execution, ensuring creative excellence, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Evaluate and leverage the most effective creative tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance creativity, efficiency, and campaign performance.
  • Stay current on industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuously improve creative outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content development and/or copywriting, advertising, brand marketing, or agency environments.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success leading concept development, pitching innovative ideas, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that achieve business objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of traditional creative platforms and emerging technologies, including AI, with the ability to apply the right tools to maximize creative impact and operational efficiency.
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TM, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $70,900 - $83,700/year.

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.

The office environment will have normal lighting and climate control tolerances. Work from home office environment may differ from the physical offices in Minneapolis, MN.
