Creative Content Writer

Role Description The Creative Content Writer role at Graatea is a full-time remote position responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and original content that supports the company’s brand and product messaging. Day-to-day tasks include writing and editing web pages, blog posts, product descriptions, landing pages, and marketing materials tailored to different audiences. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop content concepts, refine messaging, and ensure consistency across all channels. The Creative Content Writer will conduct ongoing research to understand AI hiring trends, user needs, and competitive positioning, transforming insights into compelling stories and informative resources. This role also includes optimizing content for readability and clarity, ensuring all deliverables align with Graatea’s tone, style, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and audience-focused copy.
• Experience with Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning messaging with business goals.
• Demonstrated Research skills to gather, analyze, and synthesize information on AI, hiring, and technology topics.
• Excellent Proofreading skills, with attention to grammar, style, and brand consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, digital marketing concepts, and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback into content revisions.
• Interest in AI, HR tech, or recruitment platforms is a plus; prior experience in tech or startup environments is beneficial.
