In this role, you will: Develop and execute creative concepts for brand and social media campaigns. Write scripts for hero commercials, digital ads, viral campaigns and creator integrations . Own and maintain the Brand Tone of Voice (ToV) guidelines in English and Russian. Create copy templates and playbooks for CRM, UX/website and localization teams. Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts and copy for X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Threads . Adapt copy to different formats, including memes, reactions, announcements, campaigns and community content . Turn complex promotions and sports events into engaging, culturally relevant copy . React quickly to real-time newsjacking opportunities and create content within hours. Collaborate closely with the Art Director to align copy with visual direction. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original creative ideas . Analyze social copy performance and use metrics to improve content . Skills you’ll need to bring: Proven experience in campaign ideation, copywriting, scriptwriting and social media storytelling . Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling and narrative pacing . Excellent understanding of internet culture, slang, memes and sports banter . Strong structural copywriting skills, including performance-oriented content . Ability to adapt brand voice across different platforms and content formats . Advanced English and strong Russian copywriting skills. Ability to work independently, move quickly and deliver high-quality copy under tight deadlines.
