We’re looking for a talented and proactive Creative Design Lead to help bring the Hollis brand to life across everything we do.
This is a varied role with real breadth. You’ll create engaging, high-quality design across digital and printed channels, while helping colleagues throughout the business use our brand confidently and consistently. From campaigns, presentations and corporate publications to social media, events and video, your work will play an important part in how Hollis communicates with clients, colleagues and the wider market.
You’ll join a collaborative Brand and Communications team and work closely with colleagues across Communications, Marketing, Bids and People and Culture. It’s a great opportunity for someone who combines strong creative judgement with excellent organisation and enjoys improving how design is delivered across a business.
As our Creative Design Lead, you’ll act as a guardian of the Hollis brand, making sure our visual identity is used consistently and effectively across different channels and materials.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the guardian of the Hollis brand, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and materials.
Develop, maintain and deliver training to support colleagues in the effective use of Hollis brand guidelines and assets.
Create and manage a self-service brand toolkit in Canva, enabling teams to produce high-quality, on-brand materials efficiently.
Train and optimise AI platforms to align with Hollis brand standards, monitoring output quality and driving continuous improvement.
Design and maintain a suite of branded templates, including social media assets, presentations, corporate documents, advertisements and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to oversee the visual design of Hollis service and sector brochures.
Collaborate with the Bids team to oversee visual design of bids templates.
Manage and maintain the central library of brand assets, including logos, photography, video content and client branding resources.
Edit and quality assure video content, ensuring all outputs meet Hollis brand, design and communication standards.
Manage the Hollis photography library, maintaining organisation, accessibility and governance of visual assets.
Your Profile:
Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to work across digital and printed formats
A good understanding of brand identity and the confidence to apply brand guidelines consistently
Experience creating templates, presentations, social media assets and marketing collateral
The ability to translate a brief into clear, engaging and polished creative work
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise multiple briefs and deadlines
A proactive, flexible and self-motivated approach
Clear and professional communication skills
The confidence to build positive working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers
A collaborative approach and a willingness to share knowledge and guide others
An interest in using tools such as Canva and AI-supported creative platforms to improve quality, consistency and efficiency
A mindset focused on continually improving processes, templates and ways of working
Our preference is to recruit directly wherever possible. Should this role be approved for support from external recruitment partners, we will contact our PSL agencies accordingly.
Please note that we do not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies. Effective introduction of a candidate will only be accepted if it has been requested to submit CV’s in relation to a specific vacancy. Any speculative submissions will not incur a fee. For any queries, kindly reach out to the appropriate Talent Acquisition team member.
