As a Creative Director, you will turn complex business goals into compelling creative ideas. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, lead client conversations, and create the clarity people need to do their best work. You will also use AI thoughtfully to support research, exploration, and workflow efficiency while keeping strategy, judgment, and final approval human-led.

What you will be doing
- Set the creative vision - Lead creative direction across multiple clients, industries, and project types, including brand platforms, campaigns, visual identities, digital experiences, motion, and content.
- Turn business goals into creative opportunities - Find the human and strategic insight behind the brief. Translate it into focused, emotionally resonant concepts that support the client’s objectives.
- Guide the right creative team - Help shape and lead multidisciplinary teams based on the needs of the client, brand, and assignment.
- Conduct Quality Control & Protect the standard - Review concepts and execution for strategic relevance, originality, craft, brand alignment, and production quality.
- Lead client conversations - Present and defend creative ideas with confidence. Explain the reasoning behind recommendations and guide stakeholders through productive feedback cycles.
- Develop creative talent - Help creative professionals strengthen their judgment and craft through direct feedback, clear expectations, and thoughtful mentorship.
- Use AI with intention- Leverage AI tools to strengthen research, ideation, exploration, and workflow efficiency. Retain human ownership of strategy, accuracy, taste, sensitive decisions, and final approval.
- Build a strong creative environment - Encourage originality, curiosity, respectful challenge, accountability, and collaboration.
What you will bring
- Around 8 years of relevant creative experience, including at least 3 years in creative leadership roles
- A portfolio demonstrating strong work across branding, visual communication, digital experiences, motion, or integrated campaigns, with clear examples of how you have leveraged AI in your creative process and outcomes
- Great attention to detail to catch any branding inconsistencies
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams toward original, strategically grounded creative work
- The ability to translate complex business challenges into clear creative strategies and compelling concepts
- A strong understanding of branding, storytelling, design, and audience-centered communication with sound creative judgment and the ability to explain what is working, what needs to change, and why
- A business-minded approach that connects creative decisions to audience and organizational goals with the ability to present ideas clearly, build stakeholder alignment, and guide feedback without losing the strategic intent
- Strong written and verbal English communication for nuanced client conversations, presentations, briefs, and feedback
- The adaptability, judgment, and reliability amd strong internet connection needed to work effectively in a remote environment
- Practical experience using AI tools to strengthen creativity or efficiency without compromising quality or human accountability
How we work
Designity is remote, with a structured virtual office environment built for close collaboration, clear communication, and meaningful connection. You will work across client relationships, creative disciplines, and changing priorities.
At least six hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time is required so you can lead conversations, collaborate with teams, and make timely decisions.
