About the company:
50 Sport is The Sports Entertainment Agency.

We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Qatar Airways, Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA, Prime Video Sport, DHL, and Jim Beam.

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as we deepen our partnership with an established, long-standing client: one of the world's leading airlines. We are seeking an exceptional Creative Director to lead the next chapter of that work. This client will be your primary focus.

This isn't just a creative role. You'll lead the creative vision for one of the world's most recognisable brands, bringing travel and aviation to life across everything it puts out into the world. You'll also lead the activation of a world-class sponsorship portfolio in sport and beyond, from football to Formula 1, finding authentic ways to connect the brand with fans and travellers everywhere.

You'll set the creative direction and be the creative voice in the room with the client. You'll work alongside our Social Creative Lead and two Social Creatives, with a dedicated Designer and Motion Designer in your team. You'll report to our Executive Creative Director. Above all, you'll share our passion for global brand building, travel, aviation, sport and great ideas.
  • Significant agency experience, with a strong track record at Creative Director or Associate Creative Director level.
  • A portfolio of brand-building, entertainment-led creative work. Travel, aviation or sport is a big bonus.
  • You get global brands. You know how a premium brand should show up, in every market and every culture.
  • Ideas first. You crack briefs with big, simple thinking that works across every channel.
  • You've built creative platforms and sold them in the room.
  • Confident presenting to senior clients and building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • A leader who nurtures talent, sets the standard and raises the bar.
  • Commercially minded. You balance creative ambition with what makes sense for the client and the agency.
  • Fluent in every channel, from film and OOH to social and experiential.
  • Collaborative across strategy, account, production and social teams.
  • Plugged into culture, tech and trends, including AI and emerging formats.
  • Passionate about how our industry can positively affect change around sustainability and DE&I.

Desirable, not essential:
  • Arabic language skills, or experience leading creative for MENA audiences
  • Experience leading creative around major live sporting events
  • Experience working with talent, influencers and content creators
  • Own the creative vision for one of the world's leading airlines. Campaigns, content, events and experiences.
  • Make people want to fly. Lead work that brings destinations, journeys and the onboard experience to life.
  • Lead the creative activation of the sponsorship portfolio, from football to Formula 1, with work that connects the brand with fans.
  • Be the guardian of the brand. Consistent. Recognisable. Always premium.
  • Generate and lead big ideas, from first thought to final delivery.
  • Present and sell work to senior client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Lead and mentor your dedicated Designer and Motion Designer, and raise the bar across the wider creative team.
  • Work hand in hand with the Social Creative Lead and Social Creatives, so every idea lands natively on every channel.
  • Set and protect the creative standard. Craft matters in everything that leaves the building.
  • Plan creatively for major events and moments, while staying agile enough to react to the unexpected.
  • Partner with strategy, account and production teams to turn insight into ideas, and ideas into work.
  • Spot opportunities to grow the relationship through proactive creative.
  • Keep the work creatively ambitious and commercially sound.
  • Hybrid working with flexible working hours
  • 23 days holiday (+ additional 1 day for each year of service capped at 5)
  • Private health insurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • 1 x paid Wellness Day
  • 1 x paid Volunteering Day
  • Your birthday off
  • Agency Christmas close down
  • Paid 4-week sabbatical after 5 years' service
  • Bike2Work scheme
  • Training and development budget
  • Enhanced family leave policies
  • Referral awards
  • Onsite gym
  • Regular company socials
