Creative Director/ Director Digital Creation (m/f/x)

We're looking for a Creative Director to lead our Digital Creative Unit and raise the bar on our creative output - across digital marketing and communication projects. AI is changing how creative work gets done, but the human behind the idea still matters most. What you will do: Lead the Digital Creative Unit, both professionally and as their manager — fostering the growth of the team and individual talents Shape how the team works with AI — bring your own point of view on pace and direction, and help the team use it to sharpen their craft Develop strong creative ideas, shape them further, and lead the team in bringing them to life Work closely with the Brand Strategy Unit to build your creative process on solid strategic foundations Bring deep expertise in social media and digital advertising, strong visual design skills, and the ability to challenge concepters and designers on their craft Understand and lead the full creative process, from concept through production to go-live Stay hands-on when needed — you're happy to roll up your sleeves and produce ad materials or videos yourself Set clear expectations and hold your ground in conflicts when needed Convincingly present creative concepts to existing and potential clients, communicating the value and impact of the ideas Requirements What we expect: Experience as Creative Director, Head of Digital, Creative Strategist or similar, in a digital agency environment with a focus on digital marketing and communication A genuine point of view on AI and how it changes creative work A proven track record of strong, boundary-pushing creative thinking, paired with clear strategic reasoning Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Conflict ability - you can name expectations clearly and stand by them Leadership experience is a strong plus Fluent German and English is required; based in or near Vienna preferred Contact Victoria Vargas-Grimm
