Creative Director/ Director Digital Creation (m/f/x)

We're looking for a Creative Director to lead our Digital Creative Unit and raise the bar on our creative output - across digital marketing and communication projects. AI is changing how creative work gets done, but the human behind the idea still matters most. What you will do: Lead the Digital Creative Unit, both professionally and as their manager - fostering the growth of the team and individual talents Shape how the team works with AI - bring your own point of view on pace and direction, and help the team use it to sharpen their craft Develop and shape strong creative ideas, and guide the team in bringing them to life Connect strategy and creation in daily work Set clear expectations and hold your ground in conflicts when needed Convincingly present creative concepts to (potential) clients, communicating the value and impact of the ideas What we expect: Experience as Creative Director, Head of Digital, Creative Strategist or similar, in a digital agency environment with a focus on digital marketing and communication A genuine point of view on AI and how it changes creative work A proven track record of strong, boundary-pushing creative thinking, paired with clear strategic reasoning Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Conflict ability - you can name expectations clearly and stand by them Leadership experience is a plus Fluent English is required; fluent German is an advantage; based in Austria is an advantage Contact Victoria Vargas-Grimm
