Creative Director/Center of Excellence Leader

Creative isn't an afterthought here — it's core to how we prove ROI for clients and stand out in a crowded LinkedIn Ads space. We're looking for a Creative Director to lead our Creative Center of Excellence: setting the standards, processes, and business results for copy and design as one unified function.

About the role

You'll lead the UI/UX Designer, 2 Graphic Designers, Web Developer — plus Copy contractors, own the creative standards and playbooks that make our work copy-led and performance-driven, and run the Creative CoE as a profitable business unit — not just an execution team.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the the Creative Team; build a bench of creative talent clients love working with
• Own Impactable's brand positioning and online presence
• Own creative and messaging strategy for our clients — define what gets tested, why, and what we do next based on results
• Build scalable intake, approval, and QA processes so creative delivery stays fast and high-quality
• Oversee and approve top-tier creative deliverables across campaigns, thought leadership, and branding
• Act as a client-facing creative leader — translating vague ideas into clear, high-impact direction
• Own P&L for the Creative CoE: budgets, margins, utilization, and forecasting

What we're looking for

• 6–8 years total experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/management capacity
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams (design + copy + dev)
• Experience managing a mixed team of full-time employees and contractors, with different cadences and QA approaches for each
• A portfolio spanning both performance-driven (direct-response) and brand-building creative
• Strong grasp of B2B funnels, LinkedIn Ads, and multi-channel digital creative
• Working familiarity with UI/UX and web design, including design-to-development handoff
• Experience building creative processes, standards, and QA systems at scale
• Direct experience managing budgets, utilization, or P&L
• Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
• Upper-intermediate+ English (daily collaboration with the US team and clients)
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, or equivalent, and AI tools

Logistics

• Compensation: $3,000–$3,500/month gross (taxes & bank fee inc., if employement — we cover the social tax).
• Location: Remote — Ukraine (must be Ukraine-based)
• Reports to: CEO
• Direct Reports: 4 full-time — UI/UX Designer, 2 Graphic Designers, Web Developer — plus Copy contractors
• Working hours / overlap requirement: 10:00 - 19:00 or 11:00 - 20:00
• Engagement type: FOP or Employment with reservation from mobilization
• Start date: Mid / End of October
