From visuals to messaging, you will define our brand and lead the creative force behind it. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — from tone and messaging to typography and visual systems Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts Develop campaigns that drive both brand impact and business growth Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, product, print, and other touchpoints 2. Creative Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, writers, and content creators) Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and delivery under tight timelines Review and elevate creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy and quality standards Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability 3. Execution & Optimization Design and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams in Malaysia and across the region to execute key campaigns Use performance insights and feedback to continuously improve creative output Stay ahead of industry and creative trends to keep BJAK sharp and relevant You Will Thrive Here If You… Care deeply about storytelling, branding, and visual clarity Are hands-on, fast-moving, and highly execution-focused Lead confidently while staying close to the work Perform well in ambiguity and fast-paced environments Take full ownership from idea to execution Consistently push for higher creative standards Manage multiple priorities while staying structured Stay calm under pressure and simplify complex problems Communicate clearly and handle feedback with maturity Want to build something meaningful at scale and speed What You Bring 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles (agency or fast-growth companies preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaigns, and multi-channel creative work Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content strategy Experience leading and developing creative teams Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands Our Team & Culture We are a lean, high-output team that moves fast and expects the same from each other.
