Creative Manager About the role The Creative Manager at Alea leads the overall creative vision and ensures strategic alignment across all projects and teams, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This is a hands-on leadership role sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, creative production, and team management, requiring someone equally comfortable presenting to leadership and getting directly involved in execution. Key Responsibilities Define and drive Alea's creative vision and strategic direction Lead and manage the design team: set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure on-time delivery Own in-house brand strategy: foundations, guidelines, and campaigns Oversee exhibition booth design and production, in coordination with the Event Manager Direct video and photo productions, briefing external photographers, videographers, and production partners Manage thumbnail creation workflows, ensuring consistent publishing across a portfolio of 23,000+ games Report and align creative direction with the Head of Marketing, acting as the main creative point of contact across departments Engage with external suppliers and creative partners to support project execution Skills & Experience Required Brand Strategy: translating vision, mission, and values into cohesive brand identity, with knowledge of brand foundation processes Marketing: running data-driven campaigns and interpreting performance metrics Exhibition Design: designing and supervising trade show booths from concept to on-site execution Graphic & 3D Tools: Adobe Suite, Figma, and 3D/modelling software for booth visualization Team Leadership: managing creative teams of 5+, with performance management experience Stakeholder Communication: presenting to leadership and coordinating across departments UX/UI: enough fluency to brief, direct, and evaluate web and digital projects Media Direction: on-set art direction and briefing of external production teams Thumbnail Workflow: scaling and optimizing production processes for a fast-growing game portfolio AI Literacy: familiarity with AI tools for creative production, workflow optimization, and content generation What We Offer A competitive salary package based on your experience.
