Creative Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager . You will own the full creative production cycle across several of our high-growth live-streaming and social networking products from spotting a trend to shipping a tested ad, working hand-in-hand with designers, analysts, and the user acquisition team across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google. This is a highly competitive niche where every idea gets tested fast, decisions are made without bureaucracy, and you have real freedom to shape your own area of responsibility while working directly with US, EU and LatAm markets. In this role, you will Produce creatives for every traffic channel (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, Google) Collaborate with designers to create visual and textual content tailored to each platform Develop and brainstorm creative concepts, from initial ideation to finalized execution Analyze competitors' concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team Research user behavior and funnels, identifying factors that impact performance and success Work closely with the user acquisition team and other departments (analytics, product, B2B) Analyze creative testing results and build structured reports for product and marketing teams It's all about you At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing with a focus on app and/or web projects KPI-driven mindset, with daily work on metrics like CPA, CTR, and ROI, and a clear understanding of how to hit and optimize target KPIs Experience creating detailed technical tasks for designers to ensure effective creative production Proven experience conducting competitor and market research and leveraging insights for strategic decisions Confident user of analytical and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) Ability to manage a backlog, prioritize tasks, plan creative launches, and coordinate production stages B2 English level Would be a plus Experience with the social discovery niche Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative ideation or production What we offer Care and support: 20 paid vacation days, 15 sick leave days, and 6 additional days off for family events 100% medical insurance coverage Sports and equipment reimbursement Team building events, corporate gifts, and stylish merch Financial and legal support Maternity Recovery Support Allowance Position retention and support for those who join the Armed Forces of Ukraine Participation in social initiatives supporting Ukraine Comfortable working environment: Work from our Kyiv hub or remotely with a flexible schedule Modern equipment or depreciation of your own tools Investment in your future: Collaborate with a highly-skilled team of Middle & Senior professionals, sharing practical cases and expertise in the social networking niche 70% of our heads and leads have grown into their roles here – so can you!
