We are seeking a visionary and numbers-driven Creative Marketing Manager to drive our ad creative engine to the next level. If you know how to decode winning ad hooks, transform complex campaign analytics into scalable creative concepts, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to build high-converting assets, you will thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: Creative Concepting: Develop data-driven concepts for video, static, and playable ad formats tailored for performance channels. Task Management: Draft clear, precise briefs and guidelines for motion/graphic designers and production teams. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS), making data-backed iterations to boost efficiency. Driving Core Metrics: Directly improve CPA, conversion rates (CR), ROAS, and LTV through systematic creative optimization. Scaling Winning Patterns: Identify high-performing creative patterns and scale winning approaches across new GEOs and verticals. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with media buyers and designers to test hypotheses quickly and optimize campaigns. Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, conduct competitor research using SPY tools, and adapt winning hooks. Process Optimization & AI: Integrate new tools and best practices, leveraging AI to speed up idea generation, scripting, and asset creation. Requirements & Qualifications: Performance Marketing Background: Proven experience creating digital ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, In-App, YouTube) focused on performance metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS). Video & UGC Expertise: Hands-on experience adapting video formats, utilizing UGC content, and applying AI creative tools. AI-Driven Workflow: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for idea generation, scriptwriting, storyboard creation, and task automation. Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign results, run structured A/B tests, and make creative decisions based on analytics. Deep Market Research: Strong skills in competitive analysis, SPY tool research, and identifying current digital marketing trends.
