Position Summary The Creative Producer is a versatile creative and production partner on Priorities USA's Marketing and Content team, reporting directly to the Creative Director. Working in close partnership with the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, the Creative Producer helps bring paid digital content to life across the full production cycle — from scripting through vendor management, post-production, and delivery. We are looking for a teammate who is as comfortable writing a video script or a round of paid social copy as they are scoping a production budget or moving a deliverable through post. The right candidate brings hands-on production experience, strong written communication skills, and the flexibility to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving, high-stakes program. This is a remote, cycle-based position, ending at the end of 2026. The role includes occasional travel, and working hours are 10AM-6PM ET regardless of location. Position Responsibilities Produce paid digital content from initial brief through final delivery, in close partnership with the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director. Write video scripts, paid social copy, and treatments that translate research and messaging strategy into content that resonates with diverse voter audiences across digital platforms. Manage vendor teams across multiple race-level production pods — scoping, hiring, scheduling, and moving deliverables through post. Create simple paid media assets as needed, including short-form video edits, static graphics, and copy for digital ads and landing pages. Track project-level budgets across individual productions, reconciling vendor invoices and flagging spend issues to the Creative Director and Director of Project Management. Position Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a creative role, including at least one election cycle in political advertising, campaigns, or issue advocacy. Strong script writing and copy skills, with experience crafting short-form video concepts and digital ad copy for diverse voter audiences. Ability to respond to a creative brief and contribute ideas independently, with experience developing treatments and supporting concept development. Hands-on video production experience, including comfort scoping, hiring, and coordinating with vendors and crews, managing timelines, and overseeing logistics in the field. Cultural fluency and a finger on the pulse of the digital and social landscape; able to identify how trends, formats, and cultural moments can be leveraged for political content. Comfort tracking project-level budgets and reconciling vendor invoices, with the ability to flag spend issues clearly and promptly. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; comfortable creating simple paid media assets (static graphics, short-form video, landing page copy) when needed. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $100,000–$120,000 commensurate with experience.
