Creative Producer

About the Role

Katapix Media is seeking a Producer with proven experience leading creative projects, ideally in environments related to graphic design and animation in iGaming. We are looking for someone passionate, organized, and with strong communication skills to coordinate multi-brand, multidisciplinary teams and ensure the delivery of high-impact visual pieces for advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Own projects end to end, from brief submission and kickoff to final delivery, prioritizing effectively and making proactive decisions to keep work on track.
• Act as the point of contact between stakeholders and creative and technical teams, proactively communicating progress, risks, and roadblocks.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and work teams with excellent organization and Jira ticket management.
• Inquisitive and confident to ask thoughtful, confident questions with stakeholders to get to the best possible creative results.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Ensure briefs are complete and clear before kickoff with animators/designers.
• Use intuition and knowledge of department expectations and goals to ensure work is on spec technically and creatively, rather than just checking against the brief.
• Translate briefs and revisions from English to Spanish for some animators/designers.
• Work with media teams to traffic creative and manage project tracking in Asana.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive creative production of graphic design and motion content.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills, with a proactive, solutions-first approach.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing tickets/workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
• Advanced English (minimum B2), essential, as client communication is 100% in English.
• Ability to work with fully remote, distributed teams and under pressure.
• Knowledge of post-production, animation, or VFX processes.
• Experience producing performance marketing / paid media creative, including high-volume iteration, versioning, and adaptation across channels and formats such as in-app, email, paid social, organic social, affiliates, and programmatic ads.

• Experience working with entertainment brands, iGaming, sports betting, or poker.
• Basic technical knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, Blender, or similar tools.
• Experience using AI tools to manage workflows and brief expectations (ChatGPT, Claude, Leonardo, etc.).
• Education or background in design or motion graphics.
