We are now looking for a Creative Producer Lead to join their team and lead the next stage of growth.
What will you do:
Lead the Creative Production team responsible for delivering high-performing ad creatives.
Own the production pipeline from briefing to final delivery.
Coordinate designers, motion designers and external creators.
Prioritise production based on business impact and campaign needs.
Improve production efficiency and introduce scalable workflows.
Partner closely with UA and Creative Strategy teams.
Ensure rapid execution of creative testing initiatives.
Track production metrics and continuously optimise output quality and speed.
Mentor Creative Producers and establish best practices.
Who you are:
4+ years managing creative production teams.
Experience in performance marketing or consumer digital products.
Strong project management skills.
Able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong ownership mindset.
