Role Overview
As our Creative Project Manager, you will be the operational driver behind every visual deliverable. You'll manage project timelines, coordinate with content strategists and graphic designers, and ensure deliverables move from idea to execution without bottlenecks. This role requires exceptional communication, prioritization, and project ownership. You'll work directly across departments to bring brand assets to life with speed, structure, and quality.
Duties & Responsibilities
1Manage day-to-day creative workflows from intake to delivery.
2Track all open projects, deadlines, and status updates using project management tools (ClickUp preferred).
3Coordinate feedback loops between clients, internal brand strategists, and designers.
4Ensure brand guidelines and marketplace compliance are followed across all creative assets.
5Maintain documentation and asset libraries for each brand.
6Assist in planning quarterly design bandwidth, priorities, and deliverables with leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of experience in project management within an agency or eCommerce team.
Familiarity with Amazon and marketplace visual content (A+ Content, Storefronts, lifestyle photography).
Excellent written communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Monday, Trello).
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
