The opportunity
We are looking for a passionate
Creative Project Manager who can seize opportunities for enhancing user experience and business efficacy.
You will ensure the operational delivery, campaign coordination, and production-led work, and with creative, strategy, and client teams to keep projects on track. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and manage processes or workflows that drive customer satisfaction and business success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to uncover needs and pain points.
- Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the entire production workflow from initial drafts to final deliverables, including review, approval, version control, and distribution.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Define success metrics and track progress.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Asset Management, Content Management, creative workflows.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German or French).
- Knowledge of Project Management, Agile methodology.
- Experience in governmental, nonprofit, or media organizations is a plus.
- Experience in working with implementing new tools or systems.
- Experience building AI agents and automation.
