About the job
We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to coordinate and drive creative projects across several YouTube channels focused on technology, AI, SaaS, Tutorials, and Educational Content.
You’ll keep projects moving from brief to delivery: coordinating creatives, managing timelines and priorities, tracking deliverables, and making sure work is completed to the required standard and on schedule. You’ll work closely with creative leads and internal stakeholders to keep workflows organized, identify bottlenecks early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We own the creative strategy and systems — your job is to make execution smooth, predictable, and scalable.
This is an execution-focused role. We provide the frameworks and workflows; you manage projects within them, suggest improvements, and help scale them effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage creative projects from brief through final delivery across multiple YouTube channels.
- Coordinate with video editors, thumbnail designers, scriptwriters, researchers, and other creative contributors.
- Build and maintain project timelines, deadlines, priorities, and deliverable trackers.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and proactively flag delays, blockers, or capacity issues.
- Make sure team members have the information, assets, references, and briefs they need to complete their work.
- Coordinate revisions and feedback between creative team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to the brief.
- Keep project documentation clean, organized, and up to date.
- Identify recurring workflow issues and suggest practical improvements.
- Maintain visibility across multiple projects without requiring constant direction.
- Help standardize and improve creative workflows as the company scales.
- Communicate project status clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, production, operations, or a similar coordination role.
- Experience managing creative projects, content production, or distributed creative teams.
- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
- Strong follow-up skills — you make sure tasks actually get completed rather than simply assigned.
- Able to identify bottlenecks and solve problems proactively before they affect deadlines.
- Comfortable working with remote teams and communicating asynchronously.
- Strong written communication and documentation habits.
- Able to work within established systems while also identifying opportunities to improve them.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without constant hand-holding.
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience working at or with a creative agency.
- Experience managing YouTube, video production, social media, design, or other content projects.
- Familiarity with creative workflows involving video editors, designers, writers, and researchers.
- Experience managing multiple clients, channels, or creative workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience building or improving project management systems and workflows.
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.
What We Offer
- Consistent, long-term work.
- A clear framework and structured workflows already in place — you manage projects within a system rather than building everything from scratch.
- Fast feedback and a professional, collaborative remote team.
- Access to current creative, project management, and AI tools and workflows.
- Room to grow with a fast-scaling media company.
Hiring Process
If you’re organized, proactive, comfortable managing creative teams, and know how to keep projects moving without constant hand-holding — we’d love to see what you can do.
