To get a better idea of our company and what it's like to work on our team, check out this short video: ** https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Imn7tqGmLXZxcpNBRI0mxYA6ayPwLT7j/view?usp=sharing** Now, we're looking for a full-time Creative Strategist (40 hours/week) to lead our creative efforts and develop scroll-stopping video and image ads that drive conversions, build our brand, and scale our growth. 🔹 Your Responsibilities ✅ Develop high-converting ad concepts, creative angles, hooks, and storylines for video and image ads ✅ Research competitors, customer psychology, and market trends to uncover winning creative opportunities ✅ Manage our team of 3 full-time video editors and 1 full-time image designer ✅ Work closely with media buyers and the growth team to launch creative tests, analyze performance, and continuously iterate ✅ Own and optimize the entire creative pipeline to consistently deliver world-class performance creatives 🎯 What We're Looking For ✔️ Creative Vision – You naturally think outside the box and understand what captures attention and drives purchases ✔️ Performance Marketing Experience – You've developed high-performing ad creatives for DTC ecommerce brands (fitness or fashion experience is a major plus) ✔️ Creative Execution – You know how to take an idea from initial concept to a polished, high-converting final asset ✔️ UGC & Creator Management – You know where to find talented creators and how to brief them to produce exceptional content ✔️ Data-Driven Mindset – You care about results, constantly testing and improving creative based on performance metrics ✔️ Organized & Independent – You can manage multiple projects, creators, and deadlines while taking full ownership of your work ✔️ Fluent English (Written & Spoken) – Strong communication is essential in our fully remote team 💡 Why Join Skinnify? 📈 Join a Hyper-Growth Brand – From 0 to 150,000+ customers in 3 years. Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life — his mom, his sister, his friends — wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall. They didn't have the time, the motivation, or the consistency to make the gym work. The idea hit him during his own workout. He was using resistance bands and thought: what if these were built into everyday clothing? What if women could get the benefits of resistance training passively — while walking the kids to school, cooking dinner, or sitting at their desk? Fitness without the extra time or effort. The idea was personal too. Christian was a difficult kid growing up and put his mom through a lot. She barely had time for herself, let alone the gym.
