Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Primary Market: United States
Anka Global is a multi-brand D2C ecosystem building and scaling consumer brands primarily in the U.S. market.
Our internal growth team works across multiple brands, categories and customer segments — combining brand strategy, creative production, performance marketing, CRO and e-commerce operations.
Creative strategy sits at the center of that system.
We're now looking for an experienced Creative Strategist who can take ownership of this function across our growing portfolio of brands.
This is one of the most important roles in our growth team.
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who understands both why people buy and why advertising performs.
You will be responsible for turning customer insights, brand positioning, competitive intelligence and performance data into a continuous pipeline of creative ideas, angles, hooks and briefs.
But this isn't a role for someone who simply comes up with ideas.
You will own the process from:
Research → Insight → Angle → Concept → Brief → Production → Launch → Performance → Learning → Next Iteration
And that learning doesn't come from Meta alone.
You'll work across the wider growth ecosystem — collaborating with Meta, TikTok, Google and other paid media specialists, CRO and Shopify teams, creator teams and the individual teams behind each brand.
Your job is to connect these signals and continuously answer one question:
What should we create and test next — and why?
You will initially work closely with the CMO, gradually taking ownership of a significant part of the creative strategy function.
This is important.
You must have previous hands-on experience developing creative strategy for e-commerce / D2C brands targeting the U.S. market.
We want someone who already understands:
General social-media or traditional advertising experience alone is not enough for this position.
Strong Performance Creative ThinkingYou understand that a beautiful ad isn't necessarily a good ad.
You think in terms of:
Audience → Problem → Insight → Angle → Hook → Message → Format → CTA → Result
You can look at performance data and use it to decide what should be created next.
You don't need to be a media buyer, but metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, thumb-stop/hold rates and creative fatigue should mean something to you.
Customer PsychologyYou are genuinely curious about why people buy.
You know how to turn:
into advertising ideas.
Excellent Briefing AbilityA great idea that cannot be executed isn't enough.
Your briefs should allow a designer, editor or creator to clearly understand:
What are we making?
Who is it for?
What is the angle?
What should the hook communicate?
What should the customer feel or understand?
What references should we use?
What are we testing?
High Creative OutputWe operate multiple brands.
We're not looking for someone who needs a week to develop one “perfect” campaign.
You should be comfortable generating, prioritizing and testing many ideas while maintaining strategic quality.
Speed matters.
Operational DisciplineThis is equally important to creativity.
You will manage multiple brands, briefs, tests and production workflows simultaneously.
We need someone who:
You should be comfortable using project-management and communication tools such as Asana and Microsoft Teams.
A brilliant strategist who cannot manage their workflow will struggle in this role.
Multi-Brand AdaptabilityOne hour you may be thinking about a home-improvement customer.
The next, you may be working on an entirely different consumer category.
You should be able to quickly change hats while protecting each brand's unique positioning and customer psychology.
AI-Native MindsetWe expect you to actively use AI to make research, ideation and creative development faster and better.
You should be curious about emerging AI tools and understand how AI can support:
AI should increase your output — not replace your judgment.
This relationship is important.

Sets broader brand and marketing direction with you.
↓
Creative Strategist — You
Turns strategy, customer insights and performance learnings into creative direction, concepts, testing priorities and briefs.
↓
AI Creative Operators / Designers / Editors
Turn briefs into actual ads.
↓
UGC & Influencer Marketing Specialist
Sources creators and manages creator production based on creative needs.
↓
Meta Ads Manager
Tests creatives and provides performance feedback.
↓
You
Interpret the learnings and determine what we should test next.
And the cycle starts again.
The goal is to build a continuous creative learning system, not simply produce more ads.
This isn't a role where you'll spend years working on one product or execute disconnected briefs for dozens of agency clients.
You'll work across multiple U.S.-focused D2C businesses, see performance data directly and have the opportunity to influence the entire creative growth system.
You'll work closely with the CMO initially, with significant room to take ownership as the ecosystem grows.
We're looking for someone who eventually makes us say:
“Creative is under control.”
