Creative Strategist

We're 8Figure Creative (formerly Strand Media), a boutique creative partner for 7- and 8-figure brands. We make direct response ads for Meta and test everything against real ad spend.

We're looking for a killer creative strategist who lives and breathes Meta ads.

We're a small team growing fast. There's real room to grow in this role, and we're building a company with space for everyone's individual goals and ambitions.

What you'll do

You'll work directly with the client and lead everything from:

• Research
• Writing briefs
• Creator sourcing
• Reading the data in Meta
• Working closely with our media buyer
• Working directly with our video editor

Who you are

• Fluent in Dutch (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing
• You have great creative taste. You know how to come up with a strong idea, and just as importantly, how to turn that idea into a top-quality ad that gets tested
• You know how to balance being analytical and data driven with being creative

• Remote
• Contract or full-time
• €3,500 - 6,000 / month base + bonuses
• Immediate start
