Creative Strategist
Early-Stage | Consumer HealthTech | DTC Growth
Hybrid: 4 days in office (Shoreditch)
About the Company
We're partnering with a well-funded, pre-launch consumer healthtech startup on a mission to make preventative healthcare accessible to everyone.
The company is building a subscription-based platform designed to bring proactive, personalised healthcare traditionally reserved for the wealthy to a much wider audience. Combining comprehensive blood testing, health assessments and early detection with AI-powered technology and human expertise, the goal is to help people take greater control of their long-term health.
Founded by a serial entrepreneur with three successful exits, the business is backed by experienced investors and an ambitious team of operators and former founders.
With an exciting launch ahead, this is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and help shape how a new generation of consumers thinks about healthcare.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a someone to build and own the creative strategy function from the ground up. You'll play a central role in shaping how the brand goes to market, translating customer insights into compelling, high-performing creative that educates, engages and converts. A major focus will be on creator and influencer-led marketing, using authentic storytelling to introduce a new healthcare proposition, build consumer trust and drive customer acquisition.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant ownership, working closely with the growth and creative teams to develop, test and scale creative campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own creative strategy: Build and manage the end-to-end creative strategy process, from customer research and ideation through to testing, analysis and iteration.
- Drive creator-led campaigns: Develop compelling creative concepts and briefs for influencers and content creators, helping communicate a new-to-market healthcare proposition.
- Turn insights into ideas: Use customer research, consumer behaviour and market trends to identify compelling messaging, hooks and creative opportunities.
- Analyse creative performance: Monitor paid social performance, identify winning concepts and use data to inform future creative decisions.
- Build a testing framework: Establish a structured approach to creative experimentation, continuously testing new angles, formats and messaging.
- Stay ahead of the market: Analyse competitor advertising, emerging creative trends and platform algorithm changes to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with growth, performance marketing and creative teams to ensure creative strategy supports customer acquisition and wider business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in creative strategy within a DTC, consumer brand or performance-focused agency.
- Strong understanding of paid social creative, particularly Meta, and what drives customer acquisition.
- Experience developing creator, influencer or UGC-led campaigns.
- Ability to combine creative thinking with performance data to develop and iterate on winning concepts.
- A strong understanding of customer psychology, storytelling and direct-response marketing.
- Experience building creative processes, testing frameworks or workflows, ideally within a fast-paced startup or scaleup.
- A proactive, highly organised and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in an early-stage environment.
- Genuine interest in healthcare, wellness and building a consumer brand with meaningful impact.
Why Join?
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded startup ahead of launch and play a defining role in building its creative and growth strategy.
You'll have the autonomy to establish processes, experiment with new ideas and shape how an entirely new healthcare proposition is introduced to the market.
Working alongside an experienced founding team, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one, with significant scope to grow as the business scales.
