About Scaling.com

Scaling.com helps established business owners 10x their companies in three years or less. We work with entrepreneurs doing $1 million or more in revenue who are ready to stop being the bottleneck and build a company that scales. Our creative library includes books, podcasts, keynotes, live events, member interviews, case studies, trainings, webinars, founder content, and years of verified customer stories.

Keep Reading If You

• You have already done this kind of work in a serious performance environment and can explain the result, your ownership, and what you did next.

• You prefer owning an outcome to waiting for a task list. You turn a clear goal into a plan, make decisions, and keep work moving without constant direction.

• You surface risks early, bring proposed solutions, and ask for help before a problem becomes expensive.

• You bring high character, exceptional standards, low ego, and real accountability.

• You raise the floor around you. You make teammates better, strengthen the work, and help other talented people succeed.

• You want a serious, kind, no-bullshit team. Results matter, people care how they treat one another, and the goal matters more than ego.

Why This Role Exists

Scaling.com turns proven paid-social signals into new families of direct-response video ads. You will study what worked, find the strongest evidence behind it, and develop fresh angles, scripts, proof sequences, and meaningful variations.

You will have real strategic range. We want someone who can understand a sophisticated entrepreneurial audience, write with clarity and conviction, and create new directions without producing minor rewrites.

Video-ad strategy and scriptwriting are the center of the role. You will also use AI-assisted research, source mining, and performance feedback to make the work faster, sharper, and more credible.

Your Core Workflow

• Review winning hooks and ads, losers, performance data, landing pages, brand references, source material, and the current testing request.

• Diagnose why the signal worked: the audience, pain, belief, promise, proof, curiosity, identity, or objection it activated.

• Use AI to search our books, podcasts, events, trainings, testimonials, customer stories, and founder content for the best evidence and language.

• Build an evidence bank around the angle, then develop several genuinely different directions.

• Write three or four hook options, the body, proof sequence, CTA, and a clear flow for the video ad.

• Package a build-ready script and source set for the producer-editor without prescribing every visual choice.

• Review the finished ad, protect claims and source accuracy, and use performance feedback to choose the next tests.

• Create meaningful variations by changing the hook, argument, proof, structure, framing, or CTA, not just a few words.

What Success Looks Like

• A steady flow of strong, evidence-backed angles keeps production moving.

• New ads grow from proven signals without becoming copies of the original.

• Scripts are clear enough to build and open enough for producers to bring their craft.

• Research is fast, deep, traceable, and materially improves the writing.

• Winners become useful creative families and qualified demand, not just clicks.

• Your judgment, candor, and standards make the people and work around you better.

What We Need to See

• Direct-response video-ad work with clear personal ownership and measurable signals such as spend, qualified leads, booked calls, conversion, revenue, or lift against a control.

• The ability to explain why a hook or ad worked, what you changed, and what happened next.

• Experience selling a complex, high-consideration offer. Expert-led, education, thought-leadership, or business-scaling work is strongly preferred.

• Strong research judgment across transcripts, testimonials, books, customer language, and performance data.

• Evidence that you work independently, surface problems early, and bring proposed solutions.

• A real AI-enabled research and writing workflow that increases speed or creative range without producing generic work.

• High standards without ego. You give and receive direct feedback, share credit, and help raise the team's floor.

This Role Is Not

• Brand copy without a measurable action

• Generic content strategy

• Starting every assignment from a blank page

• Prompt output passed off as thinking

• Minor rewrites called meaningful variations

• A writer who disappears after handoff

  • PTO
  • US Holidays
