Creative Strategist – DTC Performance Marketer

We’re looking for a bilingual Creative Strategist to develop performance-driven creative concepts for direct-to-consumer brands.

You’ll work closely with our Media Buyers to turn campaign data, customer insights, and market research into new creative angles, ad concepts, scripts, and presell ideas. Your work will then be translated into finished assets by our creative production team.

Most of our clients sell DTC products to cold audiences, so this role requires a strong understanding of direct-response marketing and how to capture attention, build desire, and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative angles and concepts for paid advertising campaigns
• Write scripts for video ads, UGC-style content, and other performance creatives
• Create concepts and copy for presell pages
• Turn strategic ideas into clear briefs for the creative production team
• Work alongside Media Buyers to analyze results and identify new testing opportunities
• Research competitors, customer pain points, market trends, and audience motivations
• Review creative performance and use the findings to guide future iterations
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of new concepts, angles, hooks, and variations

Requirements

• Experience developing direct-response creative for DTC or e-commerce brands
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Understanding of paid social advertising, especially Meta Ads
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable creative ideas
• Experience writing video ad scripts and creative briefs
• Bilingual English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with media buyers and creative teams
• Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET
