Creative Strategist (Static Ads) for Marketing Agency (US-Based, Remote)

We’re looking for a Static Creative Strategist to join a growing creative agency that provides done-for-you creative strategy and design for e-commerce brands . Responsibilities Develop creative strategies, angles, hooks, and concepts for static e-commerce ads. Write clear, actionable creative briefs for designers to execute. Develop new ad concepts based on customer insights, product benefits, competitor research, and proven creative principles. Work across multiple e-commerce client accounts and adapt creative strategies to different brands and audiences. Analyze existing creative and identify opportunities for new tests and iterations. Help develop static ad campaigns designed to drive direct-response performance . Collaborate closely with designers to ensure creative concepts are executed effectively. Learn and apply proven creative frameworks and strategies with mentorship from the agency founder. Experience in static ad creative strategy for e-commerce brands . Proven experience creating winning static ads , with at least a few ads that have received $10K+ in ad spend . Strong understanding of direct-response static advertising and what makes an ad convert. Ability to develop strong hooks, angles, concepts, and messaging for static ads. Strong creative brief-writing skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to designers. Experience working with multiple e-commerce brands or client accounts , preferably in an agency environment. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate. You do not need to be a designer or media buyer — the focus is on creative strategy and ideation.
