Creative Training Specialist – E-commerce & Digital Content | Remote | Anywhere

100% Work From Home | Full-Time

TalentPop App is looking for a Creative Training Specialist to train and coach creative professionals supporting e-commerce brands. You’ll help prepare trainees for client-facing work by building their skills in graphic design, video editing, content creation, and creative workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Train and coach Graphic Designers and Video Editors on creative and e-commerce workflows
• Guide trainees through graphic design, video editing, and content creation tasks
• Conduct hands-on training, practice activities, and assessments
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve creative quality and performance
• Help trainees understand creative briefs, brand guidelines, and client expectations
• Monitor trainee progress and provide additional coaching where needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, or a related creative field
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or supervising creative professionals
• Strong understanding of e-commerce content and digital marketing
• Good knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable providing constructive feedback
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Previous remote, BPO, or VA experience is a plus
