🎯 The Opportunity
This is a hands-on Creator Executive role at the centre of day-to-day campaign delivery. You’ll work with micro-influencers and brand fans across multiple clients — keeping discovery, outreach, onboarding, approvals, logistics, and reporting moving without a hitch.
If you like being the person who keeps a campaign from drifting off course, you’ll feel at home here. You’ll be trusted to build strong creator relationships, stay on top of the details, and help campaigns land on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing
You’ll own the operational side of creator campaigns and keep the moving parts in sync.
- Identify creators, brand fans, and micro-influencers who fit the brief — then reach out in a way that actually gets responses.
- Manage onboarding, keep communication clear, and make sure creators know what’s expected at every stage.
- Review creator content and approvals against brand, client, and campaign guidelines — nothing slips through on your watch.
- Negotiate rates and manage contracting for nano and micro-influencers, keeping budget efficiency front and centre.
- Handle logistics for product send-outs and campaign materials so everything arrives when it should.
- Track campaign data, update dashboards, monitor KPIs, and flag issues early when performance needs attention.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve campaign delivery and keep learning from what’s working — and what isn’t.
🧠 What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- 1+ years of project or creator management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing — especially campaign management and creator coordination.
- Strong organisational skills and a calm approach when you’re juggling multiple live campaigns.
- Experience working with creators, talent managers, or both, with a focus on clear communication and relationship building.
- Confidence reviewing content, managing approvals, and spotting when something doesn’t meet the brief.
- Comfort working with dashboards, KPIs, and campaign data — you’re detail-driven, not just people-driven.
Most importantly, you take ownership — you stay organised, you follow through, and you care about getting the details right.
💎 Pay & Benefits
- Monthly salary: 25,000 – 50,000 (wide range as we are hiring at different seniority levels)
