Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Creator Manager to identify, recruit, and manage relationships with content creators and influencers. You’ll work closely with our marketing and brand teams to run high-impact campaigns, foster strong creator relationships, and scale our content ecosystem from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, pitch, and onboard content creators across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including content briefs, production schedules, and asset approvals
• Act as the primary point of contact for creators, building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (ROI, engagement rates, reach, and conversions)
• Negotiate rates, contract terms, and deliverables while remaining within project budgets
• Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to align creator strategy with overall brand goals
• Communicate effectively with team members, creators, and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in creator management, influencer marketing, or talent relations
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends
• Strong negotiation skills and experience reviewing creator agreements and deliverables
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and creator pipelines simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
• Experience collaborating in distributed teams and using digital project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to influencer database tools or creator management platforms (e.g., Grin, CreatorIQ, Aspire)
