CREATOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – US YOUTUBE CREATORS

THE ROLE
Oxford Natural is a UK-based health and wellness company looking for a highly motivated Creator Relationship Manager to join our growing team in South Africa and take ownership of building and managing a portfolio of US-based YouTube creators.
This is a commercial, relationship-led role. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting your own creators, introducing them to Oxford Natural, agreeing partnerships and then managing those relationships from onboarding through to long-term growth.
You won't be handed a roster of creators to manage. You will build your own.
The successful candidate will be confident approaching new people, comfortable having commercial conversations and genuinely interested in YouTube, creators and building long-term partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
YouTube Creator Recruitment
- Research and identify suitable US-based YouTube creators.
- Build and maintain your own pipeline of prospective creators.
- Proactively contact creators and introduce them to Oxford Natural.
- Arrange and conduct initial creator meetings.
- Present the Oxford Natural creator opportunity and communicate its value clearly.
- Negotiate and agree partnership terms within agreed guidelines.
- Convert prospects into signed, active creators.
- Continually build your pipeline and recruit new creators to grow your roster.
Creator Onboarding
- Take ownership of each creator from the point of signing.
- Guide new creators through the Oxford Natural onboarding process.
- Ensure creators understand the products, partnership, deliverables, systems and earning opportunities.
- Make sure every creator is confident and ready to begin working with Oxford Natural.
Relationship Management
- Become the primary point of contact for your YouTube creator roster.
- Build strong, professional and long-term relationships with creators.
- Maintain regular communication and ensure creators remain engaged.
- Understand each creator's audience, content style and individual goals.
- Support creators with questions, campaigns and opportunities.
- Identify potential issues early and take action before relationships or performance are affected.
Creator Growth & Retention
- Monitor creator activity and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve creator performance and engagement.
- Develop strong-performing creators into long-term Oxford Natural partners.
- Re-engage creators who become inactive or disengaged.
- Help maximise the commercial value of your roster.
- Continually grow your portfolio by recruiting new YouTube creators.

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your results.
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Genuinely interested in YouTube, creators and online content.
- Persistent without being pushy.
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–10:00pm South Africa time.

Your success will ultimately be measured by the quality and growth of the YouTube creator roster you build.
You will be expected to:
Find creators → Start conversations → Build relationships → Sign partnerships → Onboard creators → Grow performance → Retain relationships → Build your roster.
This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a portfolio and play a key role in growing Oxford Natural's presence within the US YouTube creator market.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, working Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–10:00pm South Africa time to align with our US creator network.
As the team grows, there is potential for an office-based working environment in the future.
