About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join our UK client’s Property Management department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams to deliver an excellent property management service.
You will play a key role in supporting and managing a substantial residential property portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained, compliance requirements are met, maintenance issues are resolved efficiently, and both landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.
This role is suited to an experienced UK Property Manager who is confident managing a portfolio of 150+ properties, understands UK property compliance, and has hands-on experience using Jupix, Street.co.uk and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day administration and property management activities across a residential portfolio.
- Managing a portfolio of 150+properties.
- Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
- Managing tenant and landlord communications via telephone and email.
- Efficiently triaging incoming maintenance reports and prioritising them appropriately.
- Acting as the first point of contact for maintenance enquiries and instructing contractors where required.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractors through to successful resolution.
- Following up and chasing contractors to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
- Monitoring outstanding maintenance and compliance tasks through to completion.
- Managing and maintaining accurate compliance records, including Gas Safety, EICR and EPC documentation.
- Booking and monitoring statutory compliance certificates and inspections.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to arrange access and appointments.
- Coordinating property inspections and maintaining inspection schedules.
- Preparing inspection, check-in and check-out reports from photographs and notes where required.
- Managing tenancy administration, including renewals, tenancy agreements and relevant documentation.
- Managing tenancy deposits through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
- Maintaining accurate property, tenancy and compliance records.
- Updating property management systems and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Processing maintenance invoices and completing associated administrative tasks.
- Preparing reports to support portfolio management activities.
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate messages and prompt handovers where required.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Participating in regular team meetings and maintaining strong communication with the wider team.
About You
We are looking for a professional, organised and experienced UK Property Manager who is confident managing a substantial residential portfolio.
Essential Requirements
- MUST HAVE A Minimum 2 years’ UK residential property management experience.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of 150+ properties.
- Previous experience working within a UK lettings or property management environment.
- Hands-on experience using Jupix.
- Hands-on experience using Street.co.uk CRM.
- Previous experience using the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) is essential.
- Strong understanding of UK residential property management processes.
- Experience managing property maintenance and contractor relationships.
- Experience managing UK property compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Professional, customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues.
Desirable
- Knowledge of UK tenancy progression.
- Understanding of Right to Rent legislation.
- Strong knowledge of UK property compliance, including Gas Safety, EICR and EPC requirements.
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance works.
- Experience supporting a large residential property portfolio.
- Previous experience working remotely for a UK property business.

Home Office Requirements, As this is a fully remote position, you must have a professional and reliable home-working setup;
Required:
- Computer must be less than 3 years old
- Processing speed of i5 (min 12th Gen processor)
- Minimum of 8gb, but ideally 16gb RAM
- Windows 11 computer
- Second monitor - Advantageous
- Professional noise-cancelling headset
- Stable fibre internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and upload speeds
- UPS or alternative power backup for load shedding/power interruptions
- Up-to-date antivirus software
