Creator Specialist

We are looking for a Creator Specialist who understands social media trends and can find talented creators to make content for BetterMe.

Your impact:

• Find talented creators and actors who can produce visually appealing content for BetterMe’s marketing campaigns and social media;
• Manage collaboration with creators, from initial contact to signing agreements and receiving the final content;
• Prepare content briefs, references, and scripts. Help creators choose outfits and locations, and improve scripts to increase conversions;
• Build and maintain positive relationships with creators to ensure both sides are happy with the collaboration.

About you:

• Skills in finding talent across different platforms;
• Ability to use new methods and tools to find creators;
• A good understanding of different social media platforms, their algorithms, and trends;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the confidence to manage many creators at once;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across several platforms at the same time;
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in influencer marketing, UGC, talent scouting, or creator management
• Familiarity with performance metrics for paid social (CTR, hook rate, CPA) and how they connect to creative decisions.
