As a Credit Analyst , you will be foremost responsible for the objective analysis of credit risk for assigned segment customers. How You Will Make an Impact: Conduct independent high quality credit analysis on assigned customers Maintain credit quality and meet delivery targets Demonstrate sound business ability and professional ethics Share objective view on credit risk assessment, identify alternative solutions, and recognize early warning signals to ensure no surprises Control fulfillment of financial covenants Handle risk issues and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements Prepare assigned parts of credit application, ensure its quality and the comprehensive client risk assessment, provide advice on how to minimize possible risk, deliver findings to Bank's decision-making structural units Collect and evaluate information about customers and industries, you act as competence center of selected industries Participate in credit committees, in customer teams, in meetings with clients and support relationship managers in structuring financing to customers What Makes You a Great Fit: Experience in analyzing real estate projects and/or -market. Knowledge of financial analysis, credit products Knowledge of relevant aspects of accounting standards (IFRS, local accounting standards) Presentation and written and verbal argumentation skills Analysis and judgement Development focus Flexibility and openness to change Cooperation and communication skills Customer focus Latvian and English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level Why You Will Love Working Here: Flexibility.
