They cater to a diverse customer base, offering seamless payment solutions across multiple currencies and banking networks. Role Overview As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing liquidity across various financial platforms, ensuring seamless payment operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in a scaling fintech company. You will have the chance to work with international banking partners, handling complex financial operations and supporting the development of treasury processes. Key Responsibilities Manage daily liquidity across bank accounts, PSPs, EMIs, and other payment providers. Monitor available balances and forecast funding requirements to ensure smooth payment operations. Manage payout funding, ensuring sufficient liquidity is available across relevant accounts and payment providers. Initiate, control, and manage fund transfers between bank accounts, PSPs, and other payment partners. Handle FX operations, including currency conversions, exchange rates, and multi-currency fund management. Execute and oversee daily payment and settlement operations. Monitor payment flows and proactively identify potential liquidity or funding issues. Coordinate operational matters with banks, PSPs, EMIs, and other financial institutions. Support the development and optimisation of treasury and settlement processes. Maintain accurate operational records and ensure transactions are executed correctly and on time. Requirements Hands-on experience in Treasury, Settlements, or Payment Operations within FinTech, Payments, iGaming, Crypto, Forex, or other high-risk industries. Hands-on experience managing and executing fund movements, including liquidity allocation, payout funding and transfers between banks and payment providers. Experience managing transfers across banks, PSPs, EMIs, and payment providers. Practical knowledge of FX operations, multi-currency payments, and settlement flows. Experience working with multiple international banking and payment partners. Languages: English, Russian Experience in fintech Key Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial operations. Proactive and solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues. Strong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Adaptability to changing financial environments and technologies.
