We work closely with business teams to assess financing opportunities, provide independent risk opinions, and ensure sound lending decisions for SME clients. How you will contribute Assess credit applications and provide independent credit risk opinions for assigned SME clients; Analyze the economic environment and allocated industries, identifying key risks and recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures; Review clients’ financial performance, business models, and risk profiles to support informed lending decisions; Participate in credit approval processes and present risk assessments within Credit Committee discussions; Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of credit risk opinions and recommendations; Collaborate closely with business, underwriting, and other internal stakeholders throughout the lending process; Monitor compliance with internal credit risk policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; Contribute to maintaining a strong risk culture and support continuous improvement of credit risk practices; Perform additional activities related to the role, in line with internal regulations and management requirements. What will help you be successful University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years within banking or financial institutions; Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and credit risk assessment; Good understanding of SME financing, lending products, and credit approval processes; Knowledge of economic sectors and industry-specific risk factors; Understanding of risk control, monitoring, and credit portfolio management principles; Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and make sound judgments in a dynamic environment; Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; Good IT skills.
