Your role Customer Service - Operations - S6 - IND What you'll be doing • Supporting day-to-day operational activities by processing service requests, transactions, and workflow updates in accordance with established procedures • Monitoring queues, schedules, and work items to support timely handling of customer needs • Documenting operational activities, service changes, and exceptions within required systems • Assisting with operational reporting, data collection, and status updates for internal review • Escalating service issues, delays, or exceptions to supervisors following defined protocols • Following service standards, controls, and compliance requirements to support operational accuracy About Corpay About Corpay Corpay is a global technology organization that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
