This individual will respond to calls from leadership, consult on the needs of the site, gather information relevant to service delivery. Primary Responsibilities Provide Guidance, Support, and Consultation to Leadership at Client Companies Regarding Traumatic Events, Employee Deaths, and Other Difficult Situations Manage Critical Incident Cases from Initial Consultation Call to Final Follow-up Cover On-Call Pager for 1 Week every 6 weeks including Overnight and Weekends Work Closely with Providers to Ensure Services are Delivered as Expected and On-Time Maintain Open Communication with Client Leadership as the Primary Point of Contact Review Any Issues or Complaints with Leadership and Providers to Ensure Resolution Negotiate with Providers on Rates for Onsite Services and Travel Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Related Strong Reasoning Ability – Capacity to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems and Draw Valid Conclusions Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills Ability to Work Independently and Fully Remote Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Ability to Maintain Positive Relationships with Providers and Clients to Ensure Satisfaction with Services and Outcomes Ability to Communicate with Empathy During Times of Extreme Trauma, Grief, and Stress This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
