Talent Consultant (180 Recruitment) – Strategy Consulting & Executive Search

Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)

Working Hours: UK/US (12pm - 9pm with flexibility)

About the Company

Our client is a specialist executive search and strategy consulting recruitment firm, partnering with leading consulting firms and global organisations across the UK, Europe, and the US. They are known for delivering high-quality talent within strategy consulting, M&A, and professional services, working on high-value executive search assignments.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Talent Consultant to join their ambitious, high-performing team.

The Opportunity

This is a dedicated 180 recruitment role, ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, sourcing, and relationship building without the responsibility of business development.

You'll work closely with experienced consultants, identifying and engaging exceptional talent for niche executive search assignments across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across strategy consulting, M&A, finance, and professional services.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Prepare candidate profiles and present qualified talent to consultants.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM and recruitment systems.
• Keep up to date with market trends and talent mapping across the UK, Europe, and US.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• 1–3+ years of permanent recruitment experience.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Experience recruiting within strategy consulting, management consulting, M&A, professional services, finance, or executive search.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, organised, and candidate-focused approach.
• Experience recruiting across UK, EU, or US markets is advantageous.
• Experience recruiting for or partnering with the Big Four (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, or EY) is highly desirable.
